The Emirates Foundation for School Education has set 11 procedures for the working hours of administrative, technical and teaching staff, for a period of one week

The Emirates Foundation for School Education has set 11 procedures for the working hours of administrative, technical and teaching cadres, for a period of one week, from next Monday until next Friday, as part of the institution’s efforts to maintain the health and safety of the administrative, technical and teaching staff in schools and nurseries and based on health recommendations in such circumstances.

The Foundation called on government school administrations in the country, in a circular issued and distributed to schools finally, to divide the cadres in each school, so that their working hours are not more than 50% during the next week, with the need to meet the requirements of green traffic on the application of the fort, vaccination, wearing a muzzle and physical distancing.
The Foundation stressed that the administrative, technical and teaching staff should be divided into groups, for example (A, B, C,..), and provide separate rooms for administrators and not allow mixing at all, and prevent attendance meetings and replace them with virtual meetings.

The Foundation stated that if any positive case appears in group (A, B, C or ..), the group concerned with the injury will be dealt with, the transition to the remote work system, and the need to take precautionary measures while meeting any visitor (guardian, school control team ,...) for the necessary need and to ensure that they meet the requirements of green traffic on the application of Al-Hosn.
The Foundation also stressed not to allow and prevent gatherings at all times, and the need to eat meals alone at the offices at breaks time, and to prevent the sharing of meals or drinks at all times.

The Foundation called on school administrations to warn the companies responsible for cleaners that they are not present during official working hours, and to warn companies and school service providers that their employees must meet the requirements of green traffic on the Al-Hosn application, and to report and immediately notify the school administration of any confirmed cases or cases of contact and prevent their entry to schools .
