The Abu Dhabi Pension Fund has identified seven legal cases for the entitlement of insured nationals, self-employed and self-employed, to a retirement pension, the most prominent of which is “the termination of the service of the insured due to death, total disability or lack of health fitness, regardless of the duration of his participation in the Fund. Total disability or lack of health fitness is proven by the competent medical committee, The same applies to the termination of the service of the insured by reaching the age of retirement, when the period of his subscription to the Fund reaches 10 years.

The Fund has set three main controls to include previous periods of service for business owners and liberal professions, including the possibility of adding any previous service period in the Fund or any other retirement fund, whether or not it received a reward for it.
