The details of the incident are due to information received about the first accused, who is wanted internationally for committing crimes of trafficking in persons, and by conducting investigations, it was found that the latter had purchased three victims from the second accused, and they were obliged to pay debts amounting to 1500 dinars, through which they were forced to engage in prostitution to pay the amount they owed in exchange for obtaining The third and fourth defendants assisted the first defendant in committing these acts.

The Chief Prosecutor indicated that the Public Prosecution had started the investigation as soon as it was informed of the incident, as it listened to the statements of the victims and ordered their deposit in the safety house of the National Committee for Combating Trafficking in Persons.
