The Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning “Municipalities” announced the conversion of three new services provided at the municipality’s customer service center to the electronic system for obtaining the service.

The "Municipalities" clarified that the auditors at the customer service centers can now apply for the service of issuing a no-objection certificate to a security guard, as well as a non-commercial advertisement service on the vehicle and a request to remove the billboard electronically without the need to come to the center.
The "Municipalities" confirmed that these three services are now available electronically, as many visitors benefit from them on a daily basis in the customer service centers, which will now enable them to complete them electronically and without the need to come in person to the center.

The “Municipalities” indicated that it had previously completed converting a number of municipal services into electronic services, as part of the ministry’s endeavor to serve citizens, residents and investors in the Kingdom of Bahrain, facilitate the application and review procedures for municipal services, and limit the personal attendance of customers as much as possible at the actual and affiliated customer service centers. She explained that "electronic transformation is a strategic project in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain's 2030 vision and the government's work program 2019-2022, and is fully consistent with the directions of the Information and eGovernment Authority."
