The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism announced the administrative closure of a restaurant in the Capital Governorate yesterday, for violating the precautionary measures and requirements announced to address the Corona virus (Covid-19), which is listed under the yellow level within the light signal mechanism for the level of spread of the Corona virus, as the necessary measures were taken to refer the restaurant The legal authorities, while 28 restaurants and cafes were also violated for not adhering to the precautionary measures.

This came during the inspection visits that were carried out in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Health, and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, as part of the intensification of the inspection visits, which aim to ensure that the facilities adhere to the health requirements and procedures listed within the yellow level according to the light signal mechanism for the level of spread of the Corona virus.

In addition, the Ministry called on everyone to continue to adhere to and exercise high responsibility, and to immediately report any violations or abuses that are monitored, explaining that these important steps come to secure public health to limit the spread of the virus and ensure the health and safety of all.
