The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments announced the issuance of 23 new licenses during the year 2021 to conduct the activity of conducting Umrah campaigns, which are: Al-Andalus campaign, Abu Al-Hamza campaign, Arkan campaign, Qaydoum campaign, Al-Brouj campaign, Al-Sahlawi campaign, Al-Mawlani campaign, Al-Samahiji campaign, Blessed campaign, campaign Hilal, Sultan campaign, Quba campaign, full moon campaign, kinship campaign, Al-Raqi campaign, Al-Sadiq campaign, Isra campaign, Al-Ula campaign, Wissam campaign, Repentance campaign, Samer campaign, Visit campaign, and Shuwaiter campaign, bringing the total number of Umrah campaigns licensed by the Ministry 179 Umrah campaign.

The Department of Religious Affairs indicated that the Hajj and Umrah Affairs Department has developed a package of electronic services that facilitate the campaigns’ procedures, pending the updating of the existing electronic Hajj system, which contributes to increasing the speed of activation of the electronic Umrah system in coordination with the Information and e-Government Authority, and a link has been created. An electronic message to the public so that pilgrims can evaluate the performance of the campaigns.
