The Supreme Council for the Environment, through its account on the social networking site "Instagram", called to turn off unnecessary lights and share photos using the hashtag #Bahrain participates in Earth Hour_2022.

A number of ministries, government institutions, and hotels closed their lights at 8:30 pm, and shops confirmed their joining the global initiative and closed unnecessary lights while continuing to provide services, and MODA Mall Bahrain joined the global initiative.
Gulf Hotel employees lit candles in the lobby for an hour as part of the interaction with the initiative.
