The center, which was announced at a press conference, will be attended by Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labor and Social Development, Khaled Humaidan, CEO of the Economic Development Board, Hussain Ragab, CEO of Tamkeen, Tommaso Rodriguez, CEO of Middle East requests, and Hisham Al Saati, CEO To Talabat Bahrain, to provide the necessary service to “Talabat” customers and direct all their inquiries in both Arabic and English, and provide technical support around the clock to them and to the stores available on the platform.

This center is the fruit of cooperation between Talabat, the Ministry of Labor, Social Development, Empowerment and the Economic Development Board, as 1,000 jobs will be created in the center, which will be offered in several stages, starting with four hundred jobs next July. It will include several leadership and supervisory positions in addition to customer service in various fields. Including quality assurance, training, customer support, and others.
