BBK launched a number of new and unique digital services for its valued customers that enable them to conduct more financial and banking transactions with ease and reliability, thus enriching their experience and achieving more than their aspirations.
The bank explained that the new digital services combine the existing and new digital services in one package, and will replace the current application for online and mobile banking services, which will enhance BBK's leading position in providing the best digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The mobile application will also be unified and comprehensive for all the applications launched by the bank, which will facilitate the banking experience of customers.
The bank stated that the new digital package includes newly added services such as the “Express International Transfer” service supported by Mastercard, in addition to the services of the Electronic Funds Transfer System (EFTS) to make local transfers using Fawry + and Fawry services by entering the mobile phone number and card services. Debiting such as stopping and activating the card in real time in addition to existing and commonly used services such as account statement, balance checking, credit card bill payment and Batelco and Zain bill payments. Moreover, the new channels have an advanced authentication system as an additional layer of protection when logging in and managing their banking and financial services
