The regulation included a number of procedures that must be followed to renew work permits, including submitting the application according to the channels specified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, fulfilling the conditions required for issuance, fulfilling the required documents, documents and educational qualifications, while paying the prescribed fees, according to the type of permit and the category of the facility, according to a classification system. approved establishments.

Cancellation of the permit requires payment of fines for delaying issuance of the permit or not renewing it (if any), with the facility acknowledging that the worker has paid his dues, completing the required data and attachments, and applying for cancellation through the channels specified by the Ministry.
