The Department of Human Resources in the Government of Sharjah has provided four electronic procedures to obtain a job opportunity for job seekers, according to the educational qualification. The services begin with registration, qualification and field training, and end with the nomination for job interviews.

The department stated that it is working on preparing national human cadres with a high level of performance and competitive capabilities, in a way that supports government development plans, and ensures continuity in the productivity of national cadres to match their counterparts in the advanced economic sectors.

The department explained, according to its data obtained by "Emirates Today" from its website, that job seekers should register their requests on the website to check the data and archive the required documents in accordance with the approved commitments and procedures, in addition to continuing to update their data to achieve the optimum benefit from the department's services.

She added that job seekers should log on to the department's website, choose the services of job seekers, register in the new searcher field, and fill out the electronic registration application.

And she called for reading the instructions before registering online, and agreeing to the registration terms and requirements, and upon registration, the user name and password must be created and kept, and the requirements marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled out, noting that incomplete applications will not be considered.
