His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the approval of the conditions for granting residency to a retired foreigner.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the approval of the conditions for granting residency to a retired foreigner, whereby retirees can complete their residency in the UAE, and his Highness added, "We welcome everyone to our country."

His Highness added that, during the Cabinet session, the policy of special funds in the federal government was also approved, whereby government institutions, according to the controls and standards, can establish financing funds that serve their development programs. His Highness explained that the goal is to raise the productivity and flexibility of government work to achieve better results for the public.
