The official working hours will be today, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm (4 and a half hours), and from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (8 working hours), equivalent to 4 and a half days. per week, in all emirates of the country, except for Sharjah (4 working days, and 3 days off, including Fridays).
In a circular, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources stressed the necessity of having a sufficient number of employees at the federal entity’s headquarters, in order to ensure the continuity of providing services to the public of customers, so that the percentage of employees who work from the workplace is not less than 70% of the total employees of the federal entity, taking into account giving The priority for remote work, for the employee whose workplace is far from his place of residence, in addition to taking into account any other humanitarian conditions that employees may face in this aspect.
