The UAE government will bear 96,000 dirhams the cost of training for each "university" citizen in the private sector for a whole year, provided in the form of a monthly salary of 8000 dirhams, and 78 thousand dirhams annually for a citizen with a diploma, at a rate of 6,500 dirhams per month, in addition to 36,000 dirhams annually for each citizen. Holds a high school diploma, at the rate of 4000 dirhams per month.

With regard to support for the salaries of citizens in the private sector, 300,000 dirhams were allocated in support of each "university" citizen working in the private sector, so that this amount is divided monthly over five years, to be added to the monthly salary of 5,000 dirhams, and 240,000 dirhams are allocated. In support of every citizen who holds a diploma and works in the private sector for a period of five years, at the rate of 4000 dirhams per month, in addition to supporting a citizen who holds a secondary certificate and works in the private sector with 180 thousand dirhams, at a rate of 3000 dirhams per month above the salary he receives.
