UAE: A statement regarding the licensing of new vehicles

Head of the Vehicle Licensing Department at the Sharjah Police General Command, Lt. Col. Abdul Rahman Khater, affirmed the leadership's keenness to provide all its services to members of the public and dealers with ease and high efficiency.

Companies registered in the Emirate of Sharjah are now able to register new and newly-made vehicles "light vehicles" for two consecutive years through two basic conditions: presenting a valid insurance certificate for the same period and collecting the fees due for this in order to facilitate the dealers and achieve the vision of the Sharjah Police in line with the goal The Ministry of Interior’s strategic strategy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction with the services provided.
