The Emirates Foundation for School Education, after following up on the tropical situation “Shaheen” and in coordination with the competent authorities in the country, and in the interest of the safety of students and administrative and teaching cadres, announced the transformation of the in-person education system into a distance education system on Sunday and Monday, in each of the following regions:

The schools of the Emirate of Fujairah and Hatta of Dubai, and the schools of the eastern region of the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as the schools of Masfout, Mezaira and Manama of the Emirate of Ajman, and the schools of the southern region of Ras Al Khaimah in Rafaq, Al Manai, Wadi Safni, Shoka and Kadra.

The Sharjah Private Education Authority also announced the transfer of studies in private schools and nurseries in the eastern region, which includes the city of Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al-Hisn, to the distance education system today, Sunday and tomorrow, Monday, due to the tropical situation "Shaheen" in the region, with the authority following up on the weather conditions with Official authorities to take appropriate decisions in a timely manner in this regard.
