Based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the Fujairah Police General Command announced a 50% reduction in the value of traffic violations, the abolition of traffic points, and the value of vehicle impounding as of November 28, 2021 and for a period of 50 days for traffic violations registered before November 25, 2021 Provided that the reduction does not include aggravated violations.

For his part, Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police, confirmed that the decision came in the interest of His Highness to make citizens and residents happy, on the occasion of the 50th National Day of the country. Al Kaabi said: The Fujairah Police is keen to implement initiatives that would bring joy and pleasure to customers, and help them complete their traffic transactions easily.

For his part, the Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department, Colonel Saleh Muhammad Al-Dhanhani, called on community members to seize the opportunity and expedite the payment of violations, take advantage of the discount during this period, and end the accumulated traffic violations.
