UAE: Increases in gasoline prices during the month of February

Ministry of Energy and Industry are determined on a monthly basis, according to the average world oil prices

Today, the websites of fuel distribution companies revealed that the prices of gasoline and its derivatives “Super 98”, “Special 95” and “I Plus 91” recorded increases in their indicators as of the first of next February, with a value of 29 fils per liter, while The price of a liter of diesel recorded an increase of 32 fils compared to the prices of the current month of January, according to the prices approved by the Follow-up Committee on fuel prices of all kinds, including value-added tax of 5%.

The price of a liter of “Super 98” gasoline, as of the beginning of February, increased from 2.65 dirhams previously, to 2.94 dirhams, an increase of 29 fils, while the price of a liter of “Special 95” gasoline increased from 2.53 dirhams, to 2.82 dirhams, an increase of 29 fils, while the price of a liter of gasoline "I Plus 91" increased from 2.46 dirhams to 2.75 dirhams, an increase of 29 fils.

The price of a liter of diesel increases from 2.56 dirhams per liter previously, to 2.88 dirhams, an increase of 32 fils.

It is noteworthy that the fuel price standards adopted by the Ministry of Energy and Industry are determined on a monthly basis, according to the average world oil prices, up or down, after adding the operating costs of the distribution companies.
