His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, affirmed that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization "UNESCO" unanimously approved the UAE National Day, corresponding to December 2, as a world day for the future

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, affirmed that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization "UNESCO" unanimously approved the UAE National Day, corresponding to December 2, as a world day for the future, in which all countries celebrate. The world, looking ahead to its developmental future and its readiness to create its opportunities and plans for its future generations, is a global appreciation for the UAE that places a greater responsibility on it in developing its capabilities to be a model for anticipating the future, keeping pace with its changes and benefiting from its opportunities before all the governments of the world.

His Highness said, "The international recognition of the UAE as a country for the future, a model for its foresight and a major station for its industry, is a global appreciation that places on us greater responsibility in developing our capabilities to be a model for anticipating the future, keeping pace with its changes and benefiting from its opportunities before all governments of the world. Every year and our country is fine and our future is better, bigger and greater."
