The Assistant Undersecretary for Inspection Affairs Maher Al-Abed stressed that the establishments' commitment to pay wages on time would enhance the stability of the contractual relationship between its two parties and contribute greatly to increasing the worker's productivity, especially in light of his getting his wages on time and the specified amount.
He stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to build balanced and stable relationships between employers and workers based on consent and transparency in accordance with the contracts concluded between them, foremost of which is the worker's right to receive his wages in return for his commitment to perform his job duties, which enhances legal practices in the labor market in the country.
Al Obed pointed out that the mechanism of action of the wage protection system enables employers to fulfill their obligations towards their employees in the easiest and easiest way through the strategic partnership with the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates.
