Malls and malls in Dubai witnessed a remarkable turnout from shoppers to take advantage of the discount offers accompanying the celebrations and final sale campaigns that the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation, one of the institutions of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, announced its launch from Friday 28 January to Sunday 30 January.
And shopping centers recorded a momentum in the turnout, in light of the discounts keeping pace with the weekend, and with the large percentages of sales that ranged between 25% to 90%, and included many products such as ready-made clothes, electronic devices, perfumes, bags, shoes, and household products. Finally, the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation revealed that the final sale campaigns will include about 500 brands displaying a wide range of their products in more than 2,000 stores across Dubai.
The 27th edition of the "Dubai Shopping Festival 2022" was launched from December 15 to January 30, and included a bouquet of unprecedented shopping offers described by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation as the largest and most diversified, as it included discounts across more than Four thousand stores, including more than a thousand brands in various sectors.
The value of the daily prizes and surprises offered during the “Dubai Shopping Festival 2022” amounted to about 30 million dirhams, and the festival also included raffles made available by the “Dubai Gold and Jewelery Group” for shoppers to win up to a quarter of a kilogram of gold every two days on purchases of 500 dirhams or more for gold, diamonds, pearls and watches in all participating stores.
