WhatsApp

WhatsApp has officially made available one of the most prominent features that millions of its fans have been waiting for for a while, and the new feature allows the user to link his account to a second device such as a computer, and send and receive messages without the need for a basic smartphone connection to the Internet.

According to the WhatsApp support page, millions of people can now use up to four linked devices and one phone at a time, as it is possible to use the chat service on the web, computer and other devices by connecting it to your phone, whether it is connected to the Internet or not. The “Linked Devices” feature provides a new solution to one of the prominent WhatsApp restrictions that prevents users from opening their accounts on another device and continuing to use the service while the smartphone on which the account is registered remains connected to the Internet, so that they can have any conversation on the devices linked to the primary device.

And the service’s support page indicates that WhatsApp can be used in the new way without the need for a phone connected to the Internet, which works on 4 devices at once without being connected to the Internet.

Once you click on the Linked devices option from the WhatsApp settings menu, you will be able to see a new page called “Use WhatsApp on Other Devices”, which will allow you to keep using your account on up to 4 other devices without your phone having to be connected to the Internet, similar to its competitor The most powerful Telegram account which can be used via the web version without a connected phone.

The support page for the new feature indicated that “linked devices” will continue to receive and send messages for up to 14 days after the main smartphone connection is interrupted, and it is not necessary to keep your phone connected to the Internet to use WhatsApp on linked devices, and the user will also be set to register his account on WhatsApp. And connect it to the new devices with his phone.
